14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

  • Important for skincare products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, skincare products (such as our Barrier Boost Toner or Caffeine Gel Booster) are only eligible for return if the packaging is completely unopened and the protective seal remains intact.

  • If the product has been opened, tested, or if the protective seal has been broken, we unfortunately cannot approve the return due to hygienic reasons.

How to Make a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to our customer service team at tegoskincare@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and specify which products you wish to return.

  2. Pack the Product: Place the unopened product back in its original packaging. Pack it securely (preferably in the same box it arrived in) to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  3. Ship it Back: As the customer, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and verified that the product is in its unopened, original condition, we will process your refund.

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase (e.g., Klarna, credit card).

  • It usually takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we have approved the return.

Should a product be damaged when you open your package, or if you against all odds receive the wrong item, we will of course cover all costs to make it right.
